Chit Chat : Hi guys. So today I wanted to do a book review about Looking For Alaska by John Green. I apologize for the John Green spam, but this is the last one for a while because I literally have a looonngg list of other books to review that I read, want to read, or am reading. I actually read this book about 2 months ago, but (just like usual) I never got around to reviewing it. It seems like lately I never have any time. But I'm going to make it a resolution to upload more often. :) As always, hope you enjoy, and here's my review!
The Review : This book clung to me like a needy child that you love but wish would make better decisions. The characters are ones that you slowly begin to understand their depth. But you go so deep into their soul that when a wrench is chucked into the plot, you nearly die. And like a needy child, they suck you into their trap-a web spun from emotions. There are certainly lovely moments woven into it, because otherwise I wouldn't have held on to the book all the while through. Looking for Alaska is most definitely not meant for anybody under 13, for the style of writing and advanced language. But if you do get a chance to read it, I hope you love Alaska, Miles, and the gang as much as I do. I do recommend this book for anyone who finds other books they're reading boring, because maybe this one can kick start that drive. :) :)
